What is your cancellation policy?

We understand your travel plans may change unexpectedly and we want to make this process seamless for you. If you made your booking via a third-party website, please check their cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the start of your reservation, we unfortunately have to charge you the amount of 1 night of your stay. If you forget to cancel your booking and don’t show up for your reservation, we will charge you 1 night of your stay. Some rates may have other cancellation conditions—you’ll see them in the policy of the rate when you book and you can also find in the first section of your booking confirmation.

What is the Lowest Available Price Guarantee?

Our Lowest Available Price Guarantee is our promise that the room rate you find on our website is the lowest available rate for this room anywhere online. If you find a competitive rate somewhere else, please let us know by submitting a claim form.

What time can I check in for my stay?

We invite you to check in at 15:00.

What time do I need to check out?

We ask that you please check out by 12:00.

What are your food and drink offerings?

We serve breakfast every morning in our breakfast room. Later, join us at The Bar on our ground floor for drinks and bites, or order from our room service menu.

What time is breakfast served?

You can enjoy breakfast every day from 07:30 to 11:00.

What time can I order room service?

The full menu is available every day 17:00 to 22:00. A limited room service menu is available every day, 24 hours per day.

Does Park Centraal Den Haag have air conditioning?

Yes, all public areas are fully air-conditioned, and guest rooms and suites have individually controlled air conditioning units.

Does the hotel have parking options?

Yes, Park Centraal Den Haag offers in-house parking for hotel guests. Spaces are limited, so we recommend that you request your space before your stay. Parking costs €32.50 per day and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Aside from our private parking facilities, guests can also park in Q-Park Torengarage, located 100 metres from the hotel, for €29.50 per day. We sell reduced tickets at our Front Desk.

What is the accessibility of your hotels?

Unfortunately, Park Centraal Den Haag’s entrance and guest rooms do not accommodate wheelchairs at this time. All of our hotels have elevators. Please let us know if there’s anything you need to make your stay extra comfortable.

What is your pet policy?

Dogs are allowed only upon request and are an additional €15 per room.

What is your smoking policy?

We are committed to a smoke-free environment in all areas of Park Centraal.

If guests smoke in their rooms or other public areas, there is a €150 cleaning fee per instance. Smoking on balconies, on our terrace and in our garden is allowed. 

Does the hotel offer champagne and flowers for celebrations?

Yes! If you are celebrating something special, you can arrange to have a bottle of champagne in your room before your arrival by contacting our Front Desk ahead of time.

If you would like to arrange for a flower delivery to your room prior to your arrival, email reservations.dh@parkcentraal.com and we will order them from our house florist. If you would like something specific, please let our reservation department know. Bouquets start at €25 including VAT.

 

Can I drink the tap water?

Absolutely. The Netherland’s tap water is the safest and cleanest in Europe, and the water at our hotel comes fresh from the dunes.

Do your guest rooms and suites have safes?

Yes, you can store any valuables or precious items in your in-room safe. Please bear in mind we cannot accept liability for loss or damage to your belongings.

Do you have bicycles for rent?

Yes we do. Please contact our Front Desk to learn about your options.

What is the hotel’s children policy?

All reservations that include children can only be made upon request. All parties that include children 3–12 years old can only be booked in an Executive Room. A baby cot, available upon request only, will be put in the room free of charge for children ages 0–3 years old (due to size, not available in our Comfort Single or Comfort Double Rooms). Parties that include children ages 6–12 pay 50% of breakfast, which means €10.75 is to be paid upon departure. A third person can be accommodated with a rollaway bed. All reservations including a third person can only be made upon request. Different room type and rate will apply.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diner and JCB.

Do you require a security deposit?

Yes, please note that the security deposit is €50 per night. Payment of the deposit needs to be made upon check-in. This amount will be refunded upon check-out provided that no damages were made. If the booking is guaranteed by credit card, the deposit will be automatically taken as an authorization 3 days prior to arrival.

Does the hotel offer laundry and dry-cleaning services?

Yes, dry cleaning and laundry services are available at the hotel. Please ask our Front Desk to assist you.

What is the electrical voltage of the outlets in your hotel?

All of our outlets are 220 V. If you need an adapter, please contact our Front Desk.

Do your guest rooms and suites have hairdryers?

Yes, hairdryers are available in every room and suite.

Does the hotel have connecting guest rooms?

Yes, connecting rooms are available upon request.

Does the hotel have free WiFi?

Yes, Park Centraal Den Haag offers both free Ethernet and WiFi in all guest rooms and public spaces.

Am I able to store my luggage at the hotel?

Yes, luggage storage is available upon request.

What are the nearest train stations?

The nearest train stations are The Hague Centraal Station and Hollands Spoor, both only 10 minutes away from the hotel by tram.

What actions does your hotel take in the areas of fire safety and overall security?

The safety of our guests is our highest priority. There is a comprehensive security system in place as well as a highly advanced computerised fire alarm system throughout the hotel.

Do you provide wake-up calls?

Yes, please contact our Front Desk to set up an automated wake-up call on your telephone or television.
