The Standard Terms & Conditions for the Hotel & Catering Industry (STCH) are applicable to all reservations and transaction in times of Force Majeure. This includes acts of God, war, threat of war (Domestic or International), government retaliation against foreign enemies, government regulation or advisory, disasters, fire, earthquakes, volcano eruption, strikes, acts of attendees, civil disorder, terrorist acts and / or threats of terrorism, acts of foreign enemies, World Health Organization Travel Advisories / Warnings and curtailment of transportation. With all these threats, disasters & acts mentioned above the hotel is entitled to charge cancellation fee following The Standard Terms & Conditions for the Hotel & Catering Industry (STCH).
